23, 2004 - I have fixed the site the downloads work, unlike
before were they did not work because I just wasn;t paying much
attention whether it worked or not, but now it does. I have
changed my free web host, that is why you see ads. The web host
I was using last time was Geocities.
and they were ok because I was able to remove those annoying
ads they put in your site at the right top of the page. In this
new web host I can't not yet. Well, if you want to know how
to remove those ads from geocities, here I'll tell you why keep
it a secret. There are many ways but here is the easiest <xml>
yes just type that in at the very end of your html document
and the add will not show up. It has to do something with the
browser, the browser just doesn't understand that tag so everything
under that <xml> tag will not show. It should look something
like this.

Everything under the <xml> will not show. So if you were
to put that tag on a guestbook that lets you use HTML tags everything
under the <xml> tag will not show. I have done that a
few time but it's kinda lame because then you can't read what
others have wrote.Some of those guestbooks incluse Bravenet,
but they need to let you post html tags or else it doesn't work.
So if you do use that tag you can look at the source code and
see that everything looks normal but if it has the <xml>
tag then nothing shows under the tag.

10, 2004 - Since there was some bugs, with the California permit
test program I wrote. The problem is that when you enter a invalid
entry during the test it will read it as an entry. So that means
when you finish the test it will give out results saying that
you passed, If you were entering invalids during the whole test.
Therefore, I am giving away the source code the the program.
So if you wish to fix it go right ahead.Download

8, 2004 - Holy smokes, I feel stupid I haven't really checked
out my own site. When I checked it out like last morning it
was looking weird. The left picture was missing the hacker documentary
videos were not working, they did not pop up. I do not understand
why anyone emailed me telling me that there was problems with
my site. Well know it is fixed. :)
Oh yeah, I hope you people find my California permit test program

22, 2004 - New and updated site must also mean that the long
wait for the download page is finished. You will probably find
some useful programs there. In the download page it includes,
ebooks/etexts, anti-virus software, firewalls and it is the
same stuff just thought I would write this entry to hype everything
up, oh well. Oh yeah I am also done with a program I made, it's

PROGRAM IS READY TO BE DOWNLOADED. - April 5, 2004
It
was time for a new re-design. So I took some time to Design
this site. I also posted some new stuff you might like check
them out. In current news I am almost finished with a program,
I named it "Kalifornia Drivers Permit Test". The program
is self-explanatory. It is the test for the Drivers permit test,
it contains two test they are 36 questions taken right off from
the original test it self. Check it out and see whether you
can pass the Californias drivers permit test. when it's finished.
Also to the right is a picture of the old designed of my site.
The
new FernyB site is up and running. Again folks I have made a

If
you said she killed her because she wanted the guy to be at
her systers funeral then you think like a psychopath. This
was a test question asked to serial murderers and they all
answered said the same answer. If you got the question correct
then make sure to tell everyone so they can take your name
off their E-mail list. If you got it wrong then that's good.

SKATEBOARDING - Squence It has been a while since the last time I posted a
video for people to watch. It has been like 5 or 6 months from
the last time I actually went skateboarding, reason is because
I just don't have a skateboard and I am learning C++ programming.
Well just the other day I went to Potato's house ( aka Jonathan
Yanez ) and I borrowed some videos from him, some of those videos
were montages of skateboarding of friends skateboarding. So

I
was reading the book "Just For Fun" by linus Torvalds
and David Diamond. Well it is about how linux became to be.
Here is something from the book on how things are for survival
then they are for social-order and finally they become to be
for entertainment.
L = Linus Torvalds & D = David Diamond.
L - I'll give you an example so you can kinda get the idea.
And obvious one is sex. It starrted out as survival, but the
it became s social thing. That's why you get married. And then
it becomes entertainment.
D - How is it entertaining?
L - ..On another level if you look at the illusion of sex in
a biological sense. How did sex come about in the first place?
It was survival. It wasn't about entertainment intially. It
was just gettin together. Okay lets drop the sex part.
D - No, no I think this is a whole chapter.
L - Let's pick was instead. It's obvious it started as survival,
because there is a big guy between you and the whole water hole.
Next, you need to fight the guy fora wife. And then war becomes
a social-order thing. That;s how it was long before the Middle
Ages.
D - War as a means of establishing social order.
L - Right. And also mean of establishing your self as part of
social order. Nobody cares about social order, perse. Everyone
cares about his own place in that order. It's the same thing
whether you're hen in a pecking order or you're a human.
D - And how is that entertainment?
L - That's right.
D - Maybe for people watching it on TV. FOr them it might be
entertaining.
L - Computer games. War games. CNN. Well, the main reason for
war can oftern be entertaining. But also perception of war is
entertaining. And the reason for sex is often entertaining.
Sure, the survival part is still there, especially if you're
Catholic, right? But even if you're Catholic, sometimes you
probably thing about the entertainment part. In everything,
a piece of motivation might be survival, a piece might be social
order, and the rest might be entertainment. Okay, look at technology.
Technology came about surviving, it's about surviving better.
You get a windmill that draws water from the well...
D - Or fire
L - Right. It's stil survival, but it hasn't progressed to social
order and entertaiment.
D - Now how has technology progressed to social order?
L - Well actually most of industrialization has been really
just survival, or surviving better. In cars, But then you get
to technology in social sense. That brings us the telephone.
And TV to some degree. A lot of the early TV stuff was basically
for indoctrination. Radio, too. That's why countries often started
investing in radio, for the social-order side of it.
D - So what's the future of techonology? We've gone beyond the
survival stage and now we're in the social stage, right?
L - Right. All technology used to do is make our lifes easier.
It was about getting places faster, buying things cheaper, having
better houses, whatever. So what's so different about information
technology? What comes after the fact that everybody is connected?
What more is there to do? Sure you can connect better, but that's
not fundamentally different. So where is technology taking us?
In my opinion, the next big step is entertainment.
D- Everything eventually evolves int entertainment...
L - But this also explains why Linux is so successful, to some
degree. Think of the three motivational factor. First is survival,
which people with computers take for granted. Quite frankly,
if you have a computer, you've already bought your food and
stuff like that. The socond is for social order, and the social
side is certainly motivation for geeks sitting inside their
own cubicles.
D - You said somthing really smart at Comdex, something about
linux development being a global team sport, So you basically
made that happen, dude.
L - Linux us a great example of why people love team sports,
and espeacially being part of a team.
D - Yeah, sitting in front of a computer all day, you'd probably
want to feel like you were part of something. Anything.
L - It's social, lie any other team sport. Imagine people on
a football team, especially in high school. The social part
of Linux is really, really important. But Linux. But Linux is
also entertainment, the kind of entertaiment that is very hard
to buy survival. It's very wasy to barter for those kinds of
things. ut suddenly when you've at the level of entertainment,
money...
D - Money is useless?
L - No it's useless, because obviously you can buy movies, fast
cars, vacations. There are alot of things you can buy that can
help make your situatoin better.
L - Now all this is on a bigger scale. It's not just about people,
it's about life. It's like the Law of Entropy. In this Entropy
Law of Life. everything moves from survival to entertainment,
but that doesn't mean that on local scale it can't go backwards,
and obviously it essentially does. Things just disintegrate
sometimes.
